Began career in ExxonMobil’s Upstream Research company and held a number of positions in Reservoir engineering and Petrophysics. Conducted research in Shaly-Sand Log interpretation and EOR monitoring. Moved into management and held variety of positions in the Research Company including Reservoir Recovery Technology and Advanced Simulation Applications. Held Management positions in Operating Companies in the US, UK and Malaysia before joining ZADCO in 2008.
